1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds apply only if Optivest is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Completed consulting services are non-refundable. Subscription-based services are non-refundable after billing starts.
3. Cancellation Policy
Consultations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, are typically processed within 7-14 business days, subject to the payment provider’s policies.
5. Disputes & Resolution
Refund disputes can be appealed, and we aim to resolve cases within 5 business days.
6. Service Adjustments
If dissatisfied, clients may request service modifications instead of refunds.
